Rally Malthoid Bitumen Waterproof Membrane is a two - ply polyester fibre impregnated with bitumen which is also covered in a fine sand to prevent sticking when rolled.
It can be used underneath underground or above ground tanks to prevent condensation. It also works for roofing and cavity walls, as a separate strip for timber and to cover old hardboard bearing walls
